Epcot’s IllumiNations – Orlando – DEFUNCT

The final showing of Epcot’s “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” show will be on Sept. 30, 2019. “IllumiNations,” which features pyrotechnics, laser lights, fire, a giant globe, barges, and a soaring soundtrack, had a nearly 20-year run at the theme park. It was originally a part of the resort’s millennium celebration.

Circus World was a theme park built north of Haines City, Florida in Polk County, on the south-east corner of the Interstate 4-US 27 interchange. Boardwalk and Baseball was a theme park built near Haines City, Florida, at the south-east corner of the Interstate 4-US 27 interchange.[1] It replaced Circus World at the same location, and was owned by Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Park Group (now Harcourt, a division of Reed Elsevier). In 1979, Fun Spot America Founder John Arie, Sr opened Fun N Wheels – one of the first themed action parks with multiple tracks, family rides, and an open-air arcade.
